A little bit about us
Burwood & Bay Veterinary Hospital has been caring for pets in the Burwood, Concord and Canada Bay communities for more than 40 years.
As an independent practice, we put empathy, integrity and personalised care at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to providing exceptional veterinary care, supported by warm, open and honest communication.
We continue to invest in our people, facilities and equipment so we can offer modern treatments while maintaining the friendly, personal approach our community knows and trusts.
We treat them like family, because they are family.
Success Stories
Dr Melissa and her wonderful staff are the only people that I will let near our most precious fur family member. Mr Hiccup is so happy to see her everytime he puts his paws up on her examination table. Melissa loves our fur baby as much as we do. She’s loving, caring and proactive. She will always fit me in if I’m concerned about something and she takes a cautious approach. I will not let anyone else see Hiccup and he agrees!!! Her charges are reasonable and they just feel like an extension of our family. I wish I could give this practice 100 stars. They go above and beyond always. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Burwood Road Bet gets an additional 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 from Hiccup.
Great veterinarian, we've had 3 weimaraners over 20 years see young Melissa who really always has the best interest of the animal at heart before money at all times. This always gives peace of mind when dealing with a love one when in pain.🐕🐈
Taylor and Melissa were very friendly for our first visit to the vet with little Oreo the kitten. Thanks for taking care of him and providing friendly service, glad to have you in our area.
